　　东京，一个世界知名的大城市。 Sarah (何超仪 饰) 与男友分手后，来到此地欲求购买房生产，并度过一个短暂而宁静的假期，但一切事与愿违。由于美国总统的突然到访东京，原定的酒店已满。　　房地产公司将她安置在一座非常破旧废弃令人毛骨悚然的私人民宿 “minipaku” 中 ，当Sarah入住时，她发现它是由一位老妇人（白川和子 饰）经营的。她在那里的第一个晚上感到十分不安和可怕，噩梦连连，并且病了起来，只能被迫留下来，更令她意外地发现了一具正在被寄生虫吞噬的完整骨骼。警察局的高级警司（高桥和也 饰）接手调查，也发现这家民宿牵涉多宗连环离奇失踪案件，怪事连连，警司也未能为Sarah破解。　　这座有着非常神秘力量和不明历史的房子，与Sarah有着某种联系。当 “minpaku” 的灯熄灭时，可怕而令人不安的景象笼罩着她，它们变得越来越真实。一场又一场可怕而离奇的噩梦，令人不知道这是开始还是结束，似乎一切都是安排好的。

Meanwhile, he thinks it’s important to have his last will and testament drawn up. But his highly dramatic actress girlfriend thinks he must be dying and that he is just too brave to tell anyone.
